· Your buffet is delivered with a paper tablecloth, disposable chafing dishes, canned heat, and food displayed on disposable platters
· Food delivered approximately 30 – 45 minutes before eating time to allow time for setup
· Catering is all disposable, the fee includes the cost of serving trays, and the setup of your buffet. Disposable racks, water pans, lids, and sternos are included.

·There is no additional charge for rack rentals

Cancellation Policy
Waiter's Choice requires at least a 24-hour cancellation notice for Express Caterings. Same-day cancellations are subject to a 50% charge.

Billing Practices
If you are one of our Direct Bill Corporate Customers, your catered event's invoice will be automatically generated the next business day and emailed to you directly. With this system, you will receive the invoice in a timely manner while allowing for last minute changes or added gratuities. Each catered delivery invoice will be generated separately, and payment terms will remain net-10 days from the date of your event. Waiter's Choice will continue to accept a wide variety of payment options including personal and corporate checks, ACH Bank payments, cash, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards. A convenience fee of 3% will be added to those payments using credit cards.
